Notes:    The MWF calculation defines the force on each individual load cell.
             If Angle B is below horizontal use + (plus) in the calculation.
             If Angle B is above horizontal use - (minus) in the calculation.


Sizing Data  

A = Wrap Angle
(degrees)
B = Angle of Tension Force from Horizontal
(degrees)
K = Overload for Transients (normally 1.4)
Tmax = Maximum Tension (lbs.)
Tmin = Minimum Tension (lbs.)
W = Weight of Idler Roller or Sheave (lbs.)
Roller/Sheave Shaft Diameter (inches)*
Roller/Sheave Shaft Length (inches)*
